Basic qualifications:
We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with an overall understanding of hardware development for MedTech products.
You need great communication skills both in spoken and written English. Ability to understand and interpret customer needs and transform these into a manufacturable design is essential.
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- A team-oriented person who enjoys the variety of working in smaller and larger teams.
- Open minded and have a genuine technical interest.
- 3+ years experience from Mechanical design and CAD including experience from plastics modelling, manufacturing and assembly etc.
- You are good at communicating complex things in a simple way
Preferred additional skills, personal traits, experience:
In addition, experience from the following fields is an advantage but are not a must:
- Experience in the product development process, from brain-storming concept to manufacturability of finished product.
- Experience of working according to the ISO 13485 and IEC 60601 standards for Medical Devices and understanding the need for documentation and document control.

Commissioning Engineer HV Electro
- Coverage within high‑voltage (HV) electrical systems for GIS and transformer.
- Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to ensure integrated commissioning across systems.
- Ensure systems are commissioned and handed over in line with project milestones and client expectations.
- Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, including test records, punch lists, and handover packages.
- Participate in planning and progress meetings, providing input on commissioning status and challenges.
Design engineer with engine experience

Mechanical Design Engineer – Defense Sector

About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive experience from environments where mechanical design is subject to high demands on durability, reliability, and manufacturability. You have worked with products and technical systems where quality, tolerancing, and material selection are critical to overall performance and end results.
The role involves working with electronics-related mechanics and system-level design, with a particular focus on machined components. Experience in lightweight design, such as additive manufacturing or composite structures, is considered an advantage. You are accustomed to working at the interface between subsystems and the overall system architecture and have a solid understanding of how mechanical solutions integrate into complex products.
You are highly proficient in CAD tools and capable of producing complete, high-quality drawing documentation with accurate tolerancing. Managing tolerance stack-ups, material selection, and manufacturing and assembly considerations are natural parts of your design process.
We value experience in:
- Design in PTC Creo and work in Windchill
- Simulation and analysis
- Drawing methodology according to Model Based Definition (MBD)
- ERP systems, preferably IFS

Embedded & HW Developer Electronics

We are looking for you, an embedded HW developer who will join our global R&D team in Oslo/Kongsberg to work on development in the All Electric Control System.
In the Controls & Automation product line we are developing the technology platforms for the electrification of Subsea Control Systems and enabling of renewable energy sources like offshore wind, hydrogen and wave.
The Electronics department is responsible for R&D and Product life Cycle Management for the entire range of custom and CoTs HW products utilized in the different control system platforms.
As an R&D engineer you will be joining our team working with:
- Development of embedded HW and Firmware for use in Subsea Control System applications like SEM (Subsea Electronic Module), TEM (Topside Electronic Module), motor control, battery control, and power system and communication systems.
