Om rollen
Som konsult inom Quality & Compliance kan du arbeta i olika delar av kvalitetsarbetet beroende på din erfarenhet, kompetens och uppdragets inriktning. Våra kunder finns inom tekniskt avancerade och reglerade verksamheter, där kvalitet, säkerhet och struktur är en viktig del av både produkt- och verksamhetsutvecklingen.
Dina arbetsuppgifter kan exempelvis innebära att:
- Arbeta med kvalitetssäkring och utveckling av kvalitetsledningssystem
- Säkerställa efterlevnad av relevanta krav, standarder och regelverk
- Hantera avvikelser samt driva rotorsaksanalyser och korrigerande och förebyggande åtgärder, exempelvis CAPA
- Arbeta med change control och riskbedömningar
- Planera, genomföra eller stötta interna och externa revisioner och audits
- Ta fram, granska och förbättra kvalitetsdokumentation, processer och rutiner
- Stötta verksamheten inom validering och verifiering
- Arbeta med leverantörskvalitet och kvalitetsuppföljning
Identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter och bidra till ett systematiskt arbete med ständiga förbättringar
Rollen innebär ofta många kontaktytor och ett nära samarbete med exempelvis utveckling, produktion, inköp, projektledning och andra kvalitetsfunktioner.
Vem söker vi?
Vi tror att du har en teknisk högskoleutbildning (eller motsvarande) och erfarenhet av kvalitetsarbete inom exempelvis industri, produktutveckling eller annan tekniskt avancerad verksamhet.
Du kan exempelvis ha arbetat som Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance Specialist, Quality Specialist, Supplier Quality Engineer eller i en liknande roll.
Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av några av följande områden:
- Kvalitetsledningssystem och kvalitetssäkring
- Avvikelsehantering, CAPA och rotorsaksanalys
- Audits och revisioner
- Riskhantering
- Change control
- Validering och verifiering
- Leverantörskvalitet
- Arbete utifrån relevanta standarder, regelverk och kundkrav
Vilka standarder och regelverk du har arbetat med kan variera beroende på bransch och bakgrund. Det viktigaste är att du har erfarenhet av strukturerat kvalitetsarbete och är van vid att omsätta krav till fungerande processer och arbetssätt.
Som person tror vi att du är strukturerad, kommunikativ och lösningsorienterad. Du trivs i en roll där du samarbetar med olika delar av organisationen och där du både behöver kunna se detaljer och förstå helheten.

Våra kunder finns framförallt inom processindustri, energi, offshore och marin industri, men även inom försvar och annan avancerad teknisk industri. Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att arbeta i komplexa, teknikdrivna miljöer och som trivs i gränslandet mellan affär, teknik och leverantörssamarbeten.
Oavsett om din bakgrund främst är inom operativt, projektbaserat eller strategiskt inköp vill vi gärna komma i kontakt med dig.
Uppdragen varierar beroende på kund och behov, men kan bland annat omfatta leverantörsutveckling, sourcing, förhandlingar, kostnadsoptimering, riskhantering, projektinköp samt arbete nära teknik-, kvalitets- och produktutvecklingsorganisationer.
Vi tror att du har
- Minst ett par års erfarenhet av inköp inom processindustrin eller annan relevant teknisk industri
- Erfarenhet av operativt, strategiskt eller projektbaserat inköp
- God förståelse för leverantörsmarknaden och kommersiella avtal
- Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska
SAS PRE Engineer – Subsea Systems

We are now looking for a SAS PRE Engineer – Subsea Systems to Stavanger.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical procurement activities, including package strategy, requisitions, pre-order work, and supplier follow-up.
- Act as single point of contact for vendors on technical scope, ensuring coordination and progress across disciplines.
- Prepare and define technical requisitions, specifications, and scope of work for inquiries and purchase orders.
- Conduct bid evaluations, arrange clarification meetings, and support supplier selection.
- Perform detail engineering within instrumentation/SAS scope.
- Participate in FAT and vendor follow-up activities.
- Manage technical change control and supplier documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and effective execution.
- Coordinate integration between subsea systems, vendors, and topside control systems.
Mechanical Design Engineer – Defense Sector

We are currently experiencing a strong demand for design engineers in the defense industry and are looking for someone with experience in PTC Creo who is ready to keep developing with us.
The Role
As a Design Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team, responsible for designing and developing your technical area within the project. You will work closely with other design engineers and specialists responsible for adjacent components. The role also includes participating in concept studies, improvement initiatives, and communicating with suppliers.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who thrives in project-based environments, both in teams and individually. You are communicative, clear, and confident in your profession. With strong commitment and drive, you deliver high-quality results and quickly adapt to customer and project needs.
You have a genuine interest in technology and solid experience working with Creo.
Your Background

B.Sc or M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, or similar.

A few years of experience as a Design Engineer.

Strong knowledge of PTC Creo.

Previous experience from similar industries is a plus.

Project Planner – Defense Sector
Are you a positive teamplayer with attention to details? Would you like to develop in a challenging team setting? We are currently looking for a Project Planner to organize and track the material purchases and production schedules for products within the Defense sector.
The Role
As a Project Planner, you will be a central part of the interface between Engineering, Purchasing, Project Management, and Production. You will plan and monitor that materials and manufacturing processes are available on time to secure a smooth and continuous production flow. You will also be responsible for managing Change Orders and assessing their impact on the project schedule. You will handle material shortages or production bottlenecks and implement necessary actions.

You are a structured and organized individual who pays close attention to detail, which is essential for managing intersecting timelines. You enjoy working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across the business. Your background
- A B.Sc or M.Sc in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2+ years of experience in Production Planning, Materials Planning, Project Scheduling or similar.
Android Platform Engineer

Sigma Embedded Engineering is now looking for experienced Android Platform Engineers to join us in creating smart, connected, and sustainable solutions together with our clients.
About the role
As an Android Platform Engineer, you will work closely with our clients to develop and adapt Android at the system level. You will be involved end-to-end – from architecture and design to implementation and optimization of advanced embedded solutions.
You will work in technology-intensive projects where quality, performance, and scalability are key. Assignments range from infotainment systems and automotive solutions to industrial applications and IoT.
Your responsibilities
- Customize and develop the Android platform (AOSP)
- Work with HAL, Linux kernel, and system integration
- Drive architecture and design decisions together with team and client
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance across the full stack
- Ensure high quality through testing and code reviews
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams in agile environments
