Our mentorship program provides opportunities for development for both junior and senior colleagues. It emerged from a need identified in the career conversations that all our consultants regularly conduct, a desire for a more personal support in both the personal and the professional aspects of life. The result is a mentorship program that offers dual opportunities for personal growth, both the mentor and the mentee benefit from an enriching exchange.

As a mentee, this is an excellent opportunity for knowledge development and guidance. A more senior colleague can approach a challenge from a different perspective, and together, you can find new paths forward. Perhaps you need assistance in a pivotal career decision? Or have you encountered a challenge that feels overwhelming? It’s you and your needs that set the agenda.
