Gender Equality – Naturally!

At our workplace, everyone is treated equally. We foster an atmosphere that welcomes diversity, and our goal is to achieve a balanced gender distribution. We believe that conditions, rights, and career opportunities should not be influenced by gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, or religion.

Our ongoing efforts to promote equal rights and opportunities are closely linked to our commitment to being an attractive employer with a positive work environment. Unfortunately, our industry faces a shortage of female engineers, and one of the issues is that too few women graduate from technical universities and colleges.

Femmegineering is a project initiated by Sigma Group, where female role models in engineering professions are highlighted, sharing their experiences with girls who aspire to become engineers or are already pursuing engineering studies. Femmegineering also aims to elevate the status of being a girl in a technical program and provide support in their educational choices.

We organize various Femmegineering activities where our employees come together, share experiences, and have fun. These can include inspirational lectures, educational events, or after-work gatherings.
