Development of Machinery and Process Solutions for Fiber Production

We have worked closely with PulPac in developing solutions that replace single-use plastic products with recyclable paper-based alternatives. The assignment has been hands-on and development-focused, with the objective of creating functional production solutions within an industrial environment.

As part of a small project team, we contributed to the development of a modular pilot line for fiber forming. The goal was to create a flexible setup where parameters could easily be adjusted to analyze how changes in process and tooling affect the final product. The work included engineering design, mechanical solutions, and adaptations related to machinery, tooling, and production flow.

In parallel, we supported additional development projects where technical drawings were missing or incomplete, contributing by structuring, completing, and developing technical documentation that enables continued development and future industrialization.

Through a solution-oriented and hands-on approach, we have contributed to robust and adjustable production solutions that support the development of more sustainable, fiber-based single-use products.
