ROLLEN

Du kommer att:

  • Planera och genomföra personalaktiviteter och kundevent
  • Vara en nyckelspelare i vårt employer branding-arbete. Från att ge nya medarbetare en riktigt bra start till att attrahera nya talanger och bidra till initiativ som gör vår arbetsplats ännu bättre.
  • Ta ansvar för våra sociala medier: skapa innehåll, hålla våra kanaler levande och se till att vi syns.
  • Arbeta med våra websidor
  • Arbeta med vår interna kommunikation
  • Ha övergripande ansvar för kontoret, att det är ordning, struktur och rätt känsla
  • Hantera administrativa uppgifter kopplade till verksamheten.
  • Stötta chefer och ledning

      Vi genomför många aktiviteter under året och du är den som håller ihop, planerar och ser till att det blir genomfört med kvalitet och energi. Du är en viktig del i att forma en arbetsmiljö där människor har rätt förutsättningar att göra ett bra jobb och utvecklas över tid.

      Vi är en företagsgrupp och du kommer att arbeta med flera av våra bolag. Du rapporterar till Marknadschef och arbetar tätt tillsammans med hela chefsgruppen, som är aktivt engagerad i bolagets utveckling och kultur.

      MERITERANDE

      • Har utbildning inom event och kommunikation

      Production Engineer

      Our operations in Skaraborg are now looking for the next star to join our team of production engineers. In this recruitment, we are focusing on candidates with experience in the automotive industry. The tasks are varied and cover a wide range of areas, including:

      • Being part of teams developing new production systems

      • Establishing preparation documentation

      • Review and industrialization

      • Preparation based on product changes and preparation of new products

      • Optimization / adaptation of existing systems for new products

      • Method responsibility for developing new equipment, fixtures, and tools

      • Technical support during prototype development and engineering queries

      • Conducting and being responsible for line balancing and flow optimization

      • Conducting and being responsible for simulation (FACTS)

      • Driving improvement projects in line with Volvo Production System/Lean

      • Participating in global development work in areas such as Industry 4.0, automation, and digitalization

      Qualifications and Experience

      • University degree, master’s in engineering, or equivalent experience

      • Ability to plan, prioritize, and structure your work

      • Able to support and lead work packages in projects and drive your own projects

      • Able to collaborate with departments, partners, and colleagues

      • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken

      CAE Engineer – Structural & Biomechanical

      Do you want to work at the forefront of technology and contribute to developing tomorrow’s products in medtech, life science, and biomechanics?
      Sigma Industry West is now looking for a CAE Engineer with experience in structural and biomechanical analysis.

      ABOUT THE ROLE

      As a CAE Engineer at Sigma Industry, you will be part of a growing and dedicated engineering team supporting clients in advanced product development. You will contribute your expertise in simulation and biomechanics across various phases of design and verification – from early concepts to final validation.

      This role is particularly well-suited for those with an interest in user-centered design and the mechanical behavior of biological or medical systems.

      You will:

      • Perform structural simulations using FEA tools (e.g., Ansys, Abaqus, COMSOL)

      • Contribute to biomechanical modeling for products interacting with the human body

      • Analyze stress, deformation, fatigue, and contact mechanics in complex systems

      • Support product design with insights and recommendations based on simulation results

      • Work closely with design, testing, and regulatory teams

      • Prepare and communicate technical reports and documentation

      Assignments may be carried out in-house or on-site with our clients in medtech, life science, or biomechanics – depending on your background and interests.

      ARE YOU THE ONE?

      You are a curious and committed engineer with a passion for solving real-world problems through simulation and analysis. You value technical depth, collaboration, and contributing to meaningful product development projects.

      We’re looking for someone with:

      • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Engineering Physics

      • At least 3 years of experience in CAE/FEA, preferably with biomechanical applications and human body modeling

      • Solid knowledge of Ansys, Abaqus, LS-Dyna, Ansa, COMSOL Multiphysics, or similar

      • Understanding of material behavior in biological tissues or soft materials is a plus

      • Strong communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)

      MERITORIUS QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Background in medical devices, orthopedics, or wearable technology

      • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (ISO 13485, ISO 10993, MDR)

      • Programming or automation skills in Python or MATLAB

      • Experience in human body modeling or digital twins

      Design engineer with engine experience

      Design Engineer- CREO

      Do you want to work with design and engineering that is actually used – in heavy vehicles, marine applications or industrial environments?

      At Sigma Industry West, we see a growing need for experienced design engineers with solid CREO expertise. We are looking for someone who wants to work close to the product, contribute to development projects, and create technical solutions that perform in real-world conditions.

      You will work in a project-based setup, either on site at the customer or within our inhouse organization at Lindholmen. As a design engineer, you will work broadly with everything from castings, forgings, plastics, and aluminium to machined components and sheet metal. The projects require precision, technical understanding, and a practical mindset – often with a connection to engines and drivetrains.

      We offer a varied day-to-day role where you take responsibility, collaborate closely with other disciplines, and play an important part in delivering the projects.

      We are looking for someone who has:

      • At least 3 years of experience in design using CREO
      • A B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, or equivalent
