Femmegineering

At our company, everyone is treated equally. We foster an inclusive atmosphere that welcomes diversity, and we strive for a balanced gender distribution. We believe that conditions, rights and career opportunities should never be influenced by gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation or religion.

Our ongoing commitment to equal rights and opportunities is closely connected to our ambition to be an attractive employer with a strong and healthy work environment. As you know, our industry faces a shortage of female engineers. One of the underlying challenges is that too few women graduate from technical universities and engineering programs.

To help change this, we launched Femmegineering – an initiative aimed at attracting more women to the tech industry and inspiring more girls to choose technical education. The goal is clear: to contribute to a more gender-equal engineering sector.

Through Femmegineering, we highlight female role models within engineering who share their experiences with young women who are considering – or already pursuing – engineering studies. The initiative also works to strengthen the confidence and visibility of girls in technical programs, supporting them in their educational choices.

We regularly organize Femmegineering activities where our employees meet, share experiences and build community. These include inspirational talks, educational events and social gatherings – all designed to empower, connect and inspire.
