CAD ENGINEER
We are looking for someone with previous experience in CREO design who is driven by the opportunity to make tomorrow better and more sustainable for future vehicles and transportation. As a CAD engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing your technical area as part of a cross-functional team. You will work closely with team members and other engineers responsible for related components. The role also includes participating in concept studies and improvement initiatives, as well as communicating with suppliers.
Required experience:
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in CREO design
- Experience with other CAD tools such as CATIA V5, NX, etc., is a plus
- Strong proficiency in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)
PROJECT MANAGER
As a project manager with us, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating projects within product development, production, and industrial engineering. You are driven, innovative, and structured. You enjoy teamwork, contribute to a great team spirit, and take responsibility. Experience in project management is a plus, but personal qualities are highly valued.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in project management within engineering, industry, or production
- Has a background in the automotive industry
- Has experience with Agile methods and Lean principles (preferred)
- Is a structured and communicative leader who thrives in a dynamic environment
Required experience:
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Engineering with experience in production technology
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing
- Strong proficiency in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Experience as a project manager; experience with PSM/EEM is a plus
PRODUCTION ENGINEER
As a production engineer with us, you will have a dynamic role focused on improving, optimizing, and developing production processes. We are looking for someone eager to learn more about production processes by leading industrial projects and investigations. You are an outgoing and curious person with a strong ability to absorb new knowledge. The role requires independent work and initiative, but since we work in a project-based environment, strong communication skills and teamwork are equally important.
Required experience:
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Engineering or equivalent experience as assessed by us
- Experience in project management; familiarity with the customer’s internal project management model (PSM) is a plus
- Experience in production engineering, preferably from similar industries
- Strong proficiency in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)
