Are you passionate about technology, curious, and highly skilled in MASTA?
Sigma Industry is now looking for a Design Engineer – Transmission for an exciting assignment in Gothenburg. Here, you’ll work at the forefront of technology, developing and analyzing transmissions for hybrid and electric drivetrains (PHEV & BEV).
In this role, you’ll design and simulate gearbox systems in MASTA and CATIA, analyzing strength, NVH, and efficiency. You’ll define and document system and component requirements, support testing activities, and implement design changes based on results and feedback.
You’ll also participate in and lead meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure technical requirements, project goals, and manufacturing integration are met. This is a role for someone who wants to take responsibility, grow technically, and contribute to shaping the next generation of drivetrains.

To thrive in this role, you’re analytical, structured, and committed – with the ability to manage several tasks in parallel. You have a positive and social attitude, and you enjoy collaborating and communicating with both colleagues and suppliers.
You feel comfortable in an environment where change is part of everyday life, and where technology, development, and quality go hand in hand.
